Have you ever felt that stretching feels painful and boring and the poor results make it seems like a waste of time?
And because of this, you try to rush your stretching to get the results you want faster when suddenly you get reminded you are human and you feel that sting of a muscle tear?
Then I can definitely relate to you!
Through years of research, practice and experience I’ve developed a customised solution to the modern flexibility problems plaguing all our sports heroes and everyone else wanting to feel the benefits of greater flexibility.
I’m Rod Millner and I’m known as the Flexibility Whisperer. I’ve had the fortune to create an amazing system that goes far beyond just improving someone’s flexibility.
Not only that it’s faster, safer and increases your power when you’re at full stretch. The benefit of that is that clients have found their reactions have greatly improved and their dynamic performance on the field makes them more unpredictable. In any sport that is constantly moving and changing, being unpredictable makes you the most dangerous player on the field. That system is…
UltraFLX
Throughout my life and the careers I’ve had, I’ve always enjoyed learning, competing, teaching, helping and guiding people to improve. Having such a varied life experience has allowed me to look at everything from a unique perspective. Combining the many varied skills I’ve learned into everything I do has given me the opportunity to succeed in many different areas. Many skills and principles cross over in ways that can be very surprising.
Now in my 50’s, I started training in Kung Fu at 18. I was fighting in the ring within 9 months and my first opponent lasted 20 seconds. I was very focused. Within two years I’d qualified for the coveted Green Beret in the Australian Army Reserve Commando unit. Three years later I suffered a botched knee operation, which was the end of my ring fighting and special forces career. I became a reserve recruit instructor and later an Infantry Officer. At the same time, instead of fighting I started instructing Kung Fu at my school and found a new passion.
I loved teaching and seeing how young men’s and women’s lives were so positively affected. I went further and studied Exercise Science to see how I could improve how we prepared ourselves. It was here that I found the secret to massively improving flexibility and increasing power throughout the entire range of motion. My two closest friends Lee Stolzenhein and Mark Dolton got the full benefit of this and they both successfully won the Aust Kung Fu title, (Mark Twice) for their weight division in the late 1980s.
At the time I never realised what I was creating, I knew I could quickly improve anyone’s flexibility dramatically and even won cases of beer at Martial Arts training camps in the USA by increasing their side split beyond what they could imagine.
Research now suggests the main forms of stretching (static, dynamic, PNF) result in minimal improvement in performance, or worse, can impair performance and even increase the risk of injury.
Of all the components of fitness, flexibility is the least to have improved since the 1950s. Whereas speed, strength and power training methods are advancing almost daily, flexibility hasn’t had an improvement in methodology for over 70 years!
Today’s top athletes are like precision-built Formula One cars. Their bodies are so finely tuned but still using stretching technology from the last century. Most muscle tears are caused by ‘Muscle Shock’, i.e. when too much force is put through an untrained muscle, usually at full stretch. Currently, there are very few flexibility regimes that actually develop the strength of the muscle when it is at full stretch which is why the CRC Flexibility came about.
The focus was on developing a system that not only reduces injury through overstretch injury but also can increase physical performance. The only way to do that was to develop protocols based initially on the CRAC principles. However, the problem with the CRAC method is that there are no standardised protocols. Almost every paper on the subject has its own interpretation of them which is why there are such diversified results. Also, the fact it includes a relax phase for no particular reason forced me to rethink what it is I was developing.
That’s why I developed CRC Flexibility (UltraFLX). It has standardised protocols and levels of progression that keep improving the entire neuromuscular connection throughout the body.
It is a complete rethink of how flexibility works and you will be surprised how effective and efficient it is.
I have a client who hasn’t touched his toes in over 15 years. He even did yoga with his Fiancée’ to try to improve his flexibility. Nothing helped.
How long did it take me to get him to touch his toes?
60 Seconds!
In fact, I’ve lost count now of the people I’ve been able to help them to touch their toes for the very first time. Their reaction is disbelief in how easy it was and all wished they’d known this method from a young age. There are so many secrets to improving flexibility, all following how the body works and all making perfect sense.
So if you prefer to save your time and customise your training to simulate the actions you take in the arena, the CRC Flexibility can help.
Research Case Study
A case study utilising CRC Flexibility has now been peer-reviewed and published in an International Physical Education and Sports Journal. It shows not only a massive increase in Flexibility but increases in Agility and most importantly an average of 10% with a maximum of almost 17% increase in power. There is no other system in the world that can match CRC Flexibility. Here is the link.
